Our mission is to make great sound experiences for everyone.

We are a small team based in Sweden who are passionate about music, entertainment and large sound experiences. When we realised that the majority of our friends and family wanted to have a sound system, home cinema rig and a portable speaker in their lives, yet felt off-put by the complicated, stationary and often expensive sound systems on the market - we decided to do something about it.

Our journey began in 2014. With the help from backers just like yourself, we crowdfunded and developed a successful stackable and reshapeable artificial intelligence speaker called AiFi. Today, after further development of the unexplored potential in our first product, we have a new one. What’s more, our brand’s name has evolved into Soundots!

Here's what's new with Soundots Ai-2

The Soundots Ai-2 can be used as a stand-alone speaker or sound system, but is also fully compatible with the existing Soundots Ai-1. Our award-winning sound system simply got better! 

• Two USB-C connections allow for more efficient charging. It also opens up for a greater range of external connections. Connect to wifi, Alexa, Chromecast etc. with ease.

• Fiber-armed plastic chassis for increased durability and sustainability. Feel comfortable carrying it in a backpack: it can take a punch! Soundots was made to be used.

• Improved locking-mechanism. We developed a new and improved magnetic system for locking your Soundots side-by-side to each other.

• A wider range of RGB lighting options makes the sound system even more expressive. Let your system light up the party or shut the lights off for movie night.

• Improved touch-panel, now located on top of the speaker for easy access. Every function can be controlled via the Soundots app (available for iOS and Android).

• Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 technology for even faster and more stable Bluetooth connectivity.

• A substantial update to the main processor with four times the capacity of that in the Ai-1. 

• And hey! New color! Who doesn't love matte black? The tried and tested Industrial Gray is of course always available.

Natural colors

When you've decided how many Soundots you want, the next step is to choose which color you like best. We've settled for a design leaning on natural colors and materials. We want your Soundots to look good in any room.

Typically, buying and running a sound system correctly means buying amps, pre-amps, large speakers, a Bluetooth receiver, wires etc... That's all well and good - we love traditional sound systems too - but the drawback is you still end up having a stationary system in a fixed location at home. What if you wanted the same high-quality sound in the bedroom, in the kitchen, in the shower, at work or even on the go?

We solved this with innovative built-in optical technology. Soundots units communicate easily with each other and work together to enhance your listening experience, no cables attached! Stack them high for a wider range of sound frequencies, or lock them side by side for increased spread range. Soundots is so versatile that we haven’t found any occasion for which it is not suitable!

Of course, none of this would really matter if the sound weren't any good. We thought of that too. Every component in any given Soundots unit has been carefully crafted and assembled to reproduce audio in the way it was intended by the music producers and audio engineers - with no distortion. You'll be amazed by the amount of bass, clarity and room for expressive dynamics in a single Soundots unit. You will be even more impressed when you stack a couple of speakers together and watch their combined sound seamlessly grow into a large and powerful sound experience.
