The outside material of the shoe is waterproof, resistant and washable. There is a breathable zone in the front to help manage humidity. However, it does not provide the same isolation as a rain boot or a winter boot.
We designed the shoe to make it as versatile as possible, for inner and outerwear on a day-to-day basis. The shoe construction with soft midsole and flexible outsole makes it really comfortable.

The new auto-lacing system paves the way for efficient hands-free shoelace tying made possible by Powerlace. Simply slide your foot into the shoe and adjust the lace's tension as you deem necessary. The presser is the part of the Powerlace system that is concealed beneath the heel area of the midsole – the part that is greatly affected by weight pressure. The presser serves as a force sensor and transmits this power directly to the lacing mechanism using a very clever, but subtle process. Our mechanical design enables to unlink the presser to the puller when the presser reaches its final position in the sole. Worry not, for this process does not send even the slightest sensation of a tingle!

Our strategic planning has advanced through its phases and we have attained real-time goals through the realisation of the actual Powerlace shoe from its prototype stage.
We have successfully equipped our factory with machinery dedicated to shoe production, created our own tooling, adapted, and slightly modified standard manufacturing procedures to transform Powerlace into reality with permanent and strong existence.
We have recently validated tooling and part design with our plastic injection press and built a bigger mould uniquely meant for processing and testing outsoles with integrated moveable pedals.
The aforementioned developments have paved way for the possibility and complete realisation of the shoe production phases within the premises of our facility.
