Gone are the days of fiddling with a bunch of different tools, the Spinner Drive is the minimalist solution to replace your precision screwdrivers, standard screwdrivers and T-Handle screwdriver.

When it comes to screwdrivers, it's always a love-hate relationship. Traditional screwdrivers are one-dimensional tools that only solve one problem at a time. It usually comes with a hideous design or ill-organized bit storage. Don't even get us started with the frustration of trying to screw or unscrew rusted screws with small diameter handle.
We believe that a reliable tool should be functional and practical. So over the past 12 months, we completely redesigned one to tackle this exact problem. Allow us to introduce the Spinner Drive.

Sometimes the smallest detail can make a world of difference. The Spinner Drive is equipped with a bunch of neat features and design to unlock the full potential of a screwdriver.
- Buttery Smooth Rotation
The ball bearing installed in the top piece of the screwdriver handle provides a smooth swivel action, allowing a fast twist rotation. Designed to quickly tighten loose screws with just your finger strength.
The dimple on top allows you to rest your index finger and let the rest of the fingers do the spinning. This is vital when making fine adjustments and working on delicate parts and tiny screws that require high accuracy and precise handling.
Ideal for repairing watch components, eyeglasses, electronic components, etc.
- Slip Resistance Grooves
The CNC Machined slip-resistant grooves on the screwdriver body provide better handling and prevent it from rolling away at the workplace.
- Torque Maximized Spinner Wheel
Torque is the force applied times the distance from the axis you are rotating about. With the inclusion of our spinner wheel, the diameter of the handle is increased, thus allowing more torque to be generated. In the same compact footprint, you'll be able to produce a lot more force compare to traditional screwdrivers of similar sizes. Compared to T-Handle screwdriver, the spinner drive has the upper hand in terms of rotation speed. Ideal for repairing larger pieces like furniture, bicycle, home appliances, etc.

The spinner wheel is like a fidget spinner with an actual purpose. It increases the rotation speed of the screwdriver. The more you turn, the faster it spins.
- When Muscle Power Is Not Enough
The standard quarter-inch hexagon bit holder when fully removed from the tool body, is compatible with electric screwdrivers for non-impact applications. When your human strength is lacking, leave it to the machines to pick up where you left off.
- Swapping Bits At Your Fingertips
Changing between bits has never been easier. The built-in magnet allows a crisp snap-in action when inserting or replacing bits, which by the way, is one hand operable.
- High Hardness Tool Steel
The standard version of spinner drive features S2 Tool Steel bits that are known for its wear resistance. It is also harder than the standard chromium vanadium bits. Coated with Manganese Phosphate, the chemical process provides extra protection against corrosion and wear over time.
- When Tough Gets Tougher
The Tough Edition comes with SUS420 Stainless Steel bits with Titanium Nitride coating. Combining rust & corrosion resistance and increased edge retention, these tough bits are particularly ideal for applications that are regularly subject to high levels of humidity. The natural gold accent of the material gives a more refined look to the entire bit set.
- Bit Storage Cylinder
Bearing the resemblance to the classic revolver design, the sleek bit storage cylinder houses up to 9 bits at a time.
- Compact Carrying Case
Includes a high-quality EVA case with precise foam cutouts for better protection and portability.
We received a lot of requests from Tool Pen owners for a better bit compatibility. Limited by the nature of pen structure, we had to make proprietary bits to allow the cycling motion to be possible, at the expense of universal compatibility. With this new design, we’ve opened up a whole new possibility with universal bits and 1/4 inch bit hex shank.
Aside from that, we tried extensively to improve the handling of a screwdriver. It’s a common issue that’s constantly bugging the user experience. We want to achieve the precise control of the micro screwdrivers, at the same time, having the massive torque of a T-handle screwdriver, and somehow still be able cramp all that good stuff in a sleek and simple to use package.
After testing several prototypes, we were finally able to optimize all the details of Spinner Drive. The end result is better than we could have ever hoped for.
