Who we are and Why we do it

PUGZ team consists of techies and designers that love to create products we love! For years We've created stuff for the mobile and tech industry that we've been proud of. But there's always been a feeling that something is lacking. So now its about time we do it our way. With no compromises!

What we want to do

We have been working on our dream project in all secrecy for over a year now. And we are finally ready to present it to the world. Hope you appreciate it as mush as we do. So we want to produce:

A new type of earphones.

"PUGZ are the worlds first earphones in the world that lets you charge them through your phone. And you can listen and charge at the same time. We are strong believers that this simplifies the wireless experience and is a crucial key component for the adaptation of wireless earphones. You don't want a pair of earphones that go useless when they run out of battery. Imagine a phone with no "listen and charge" functionality?

The Squircle - the unique charging interface

The key to PUGZ earphones UX is the patent pending 18 K gold self guiding magnetic connector we call: "The Squircle". For the best electrical conductivity we used 18 K Gold.

The Squircle enables you to listen and charge and the same time. Something we took as granted but the industry had forgot.

Charge through all your devices.

You can charge your PUGZ earphones in all your devices such as computer (USB), AC-adapter (USB), Android (uUSB) and iPhone (Lightning). If the battery is low, just plugg it in and keep on listening.

A smooth listening experience.

With no wires attached to the phone you can easily access your PUGZ and enjoy a smooth wireless experience. The lightweight and the minimal shape of the earbuds gives you a perfect fit and lets you walk around freely, without bothering with wires or tangles.

Super high quality sound with aptX.

A Bluetooth® connection is a bit like a data pipeline between devices. Because the pipeline has a maximum width, it can sometimes be difficult to flow large audio files through it.

aptX® solves the problem of sending pure audio wirelessly over Bluetooth® by reducing the size of the audio files so they can be squeezed through the wireless pipeline without affecting the sound quality.

Therefore, with aptX®, you can experience CD-like quality audio whenever and wherever you choose.

Easy pairing with all your devices

PUGZ is compatible with all your devices with Bluetooth such as mobile phone, computer, tablet, TV, Apple Watch, etc. Just pair it and enjoy!

Available in four different colors.

PUGZ earphones will be available in 4 different colors:
- White, Red, Pink and Black.

When designing the product we wanted to create a feeling that would combine high-tech and hi-design without increasing the size of the bud. By combining the right colors, exclusive materials and honest fabrics we kept the ID as clean as possible without being dull. Eg. All the showing metal parts are made from 18K gold.

Choose between two different styles, Sealed or leaking.

PUGZ will be available in two in ear styles, Sealed and Leaking.
Sealed provides you with a passive noise cancellation which isolates all surrounding noise and lets you focus on your music experience.

Leaking - Our ear gel design directs the audio into your ear but lets you hear a bit of your surroundings. Its just a matter of taste.

Charging and battery

By using 3% of your smart phone battery capacity to charge your PUGZ you get 4,5 hours of music and 10 days of standby. And you always have the freedom to plug it to your phone and use them, while you charge them. Also called "OTG- on the go charging"

Size, Sound and Bluetooth

Its no surprise that sound and fit ranks among the most important factors when buying a pair of earphones. For us, booth is SUPER CRUCIAL. There fore, we spent houndreds of hours on form and fit studies, finding the right gels, deciding the right sizes etc. We finally think we've made it and PUGZ are offered in S-XL gel sizes to fit your ear. In addition we developed a wing secure system to ensure they always stay in even during extreme conditions.

The sound ranges between 8Hz-28KHz giving you a wide and deep bass without compromising to much on treble. The connection is made by Bluetooth 4.1 with a built in CSR-aptX chip.

Safe Home around your neck with magnetic locks.

A big issue with wired earphones are that they tend to tangle every time you tuck them away. And its always a challenge to get them out, untangle them and start listening to music or collecting a call.

With PUGZ magnetic cable klipps you just hang them around your neck and the magnetic clips will make sure the stay in place. So next time you want to take a call, you just separate them and start talking. Easy as that!
